Playful Petals will arrive wearing a pink voile frock that has a fuchsia panel at the hem. The skirt is appliquéd with white, periwinkle, fuchsia and purple felt flowers. On the top of the dress Playful Petals wears a little pink knit shrug that has ribbon ties. She has on pink cotton bloomers trimmed with white lace, white socks and black, patent leather Mary Janes.
