We are thrilled to welcome Baby Ellis! Her twin brother Gus and she are 2 of the most realistic doll kit to come into the reborn doll kit world. Tina Kewy, a VERY talented artist from Greece, has loving sculputed baby Ellis exclusively for only a few dealers and we at Irresistables are thrilled to be able to offer Ellis to you in the US and know that there will be many more to come in the near future.
As you can see the details in Baby Ellis are INCREDIBLE. Tina has a special knack for realism and if you look at the wrinkles in the hands, feet and the expression on her face, you will be amazed. Another fantastic aspect of this kit is that Tina has sculpted an upper chest plate (starts at the top of the ribs cage area) that will incorporate ball joints at the neck AND at the shoulders. We will be offering a custom body made especially for Ellis that is sold separately. It can be found on our web-site or in our ebay store and referenced as item #22-ellisbody. Gus and Ellis will use the same body so it doesn't matter if you order the body for Gus or the body for Ellis....just please make sure we know which kit it is for so we can ship it appropriately.
Ellis is made from a high quality, German vinyl in a natural flesh tone color. When baby Ellis is finished, she will measure approximately 20" in length so she is the perfect sized baby. The kit includes a vinyl head, FULL arms, FULL legs and the upper chest plate. Notice the fingers and toes on this little sweetheart....you'd swear you were looking at a REAL baby!
The photos don't even do baby Ellis justice when studying her characteristics. Baby Ellis is truly a work of art. Please keep in mind that you are looking at the clay prototype and not the re-produced vinyl version. There will be some variations once the mold is actually formed, but German vinyl is known for capturing 99% of the details taken from the clay sculpt.
