These adorable vinyl plates are made of a soft vinyl and are wonderful items that can be used with the majority of doll kits being produced today. Joanna Gomes, the sculptor, did a great job in emmulating a very realistic back and front side of a baby and can be used universally for either a baby girl or baby boy doll kit. This set will include the boy front and the tusy backside. The tushy plate starts at the neck and goes down to where the leg socket would be. The front side is the same and they work very well together. They are made of a soft vinyl in a very neutral, or natural flesh tone color that can be blushed and painted with ease.
From the back or front to the legs, they measures about 6-8 inches in length, therefore would fit a doll kit that would end up being about 18-20 inches when complete. These are FULL back and front plates, starting at the neck and going all the way down to the legs. They work great with our doe suede bodies, and when used with any doll kit. The realism they add is incredible.
We have seen other back and front side plates but these are truly unique.
