Returns Policy

If an item is damaged in transit, we will either send you a replacement or a refund at our expense. Should we require the item be sent back we will send you a pre-paid return label with your replaced item.


If you are just unhappy with the item, but it arrives in perfect and described condition, we will refund you your money in full less the shipping fees. The item(s) need to be returned within a 10 day period otherwise a $15 restocking fee per item will apply.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Paypal, money orders and cashiers checks only. No personal checks will be accepted.

We are firm on our shipping prices. If you do not agree with them, then please do not bid. We do offer discounted shipping rates for multiple purchases made. We will not negotiate our posted shipping fees.


For our international bidders: We will only ship our orders with tracking numbers. Please e-mail us at itsirresistables@aol.com for an exact shipping quote depending on the country the item is going to. If you prefer expedited shipping with tracking, please e-mail us and we will make the proper arrangements.
