Matte varnish is a thick gel-like paste that can be applied over cured Genesis paint to give a matte finish (no shine). It's not a sealer, and not necessary unless you want to eliminate shiny areas. This product is odorless and non-solvent based. Genesis mediums are recommended to alter the flow characteristics of Genesis Artist Colors without loss of color depth.
