Thank you for supporting and lovingly creating our doll kits by Ping Lau. We are continually inspired by the beautiful artistry you bring to each kit, and we are truly grateful to be part of your creative journey.  All Ping Lau kits purchased prior to 3-28-2026 will be invoiced out at the original purchase price. The same will apply to any layaways ordered prior to 3-28-2026. The prices listed are in effect now.

Unfortunately, due to the current global economic climate, it has become necessary for us to increase our prices on the Ping Lau kits and our German Bodies. Our factories have implemented a significant increase in production costs for both products, and after careful consideration, we find that this adjustment is unavoidable.

This decision was not made lightly. We have worked hard to absorb rising costs for as long as possible, but in order to continue offering the quality and craftsmanship you expect, a price adjustment has become necessary.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support. Your loyalty means more to us than words can express, and we remain committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service.

Naomi by Ping Lau is a limited edition vinyl doll kit that comes with a head, and our new full arms and full legs. Naomi will measure twenty to twenty one inches in length when finished.  If you would like to add a body for Naomi, use the drop down box and we will send the appropriate size for this kit.  A limited edition certificate of authenticity signed by Ping Lau will be included with your kit.

Most Importantly: (*All of our Ping Lau dolls are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying and trade in counterfeits are criminal acts that are punishable by law.)

Please place Pre-Orders separately from other items you want to order.

We are unable to hold items to accommodate pushing the order over $130 to combine shipping. Even if a pre-order is paid in full, we will only ship for free once. To help you as a buyer with this, at the time of invoicing, you can let us know if there is something you want to add to the order before we ship. Then, the items can ship together and it is not a problem.  In summary, an order will ship for free when the items are in one box/shipment. If there are items on your order that will not ship at the same time, you will be invoiced for shipping each time we are ready to ship.

• All Ping Lau kits purchased from Irresistables.com will come with certificates of authenticity signed by Ping Lau. Please note that we leave the name area open so you can write in the name of the kit you purchased. This is a general open edition certificate that we use for all of our Ping Lau kits. (See photo).

The baby you see in the photos is not what you will receive. These doll kits are finished by artists that have allowed us to use their photos for example purposes to show what the doll kits can look like when they are finished. The kit includes the unpainted, vinyl parts only. Bodies will not be included unless otherwise stated. 
All of our doll kits and other products are brand new and are stored in a smoke free, temperature controlled environment.

We we will NOT take back or replace any vinyl parts that have become defective due to exposure to heat in an oven. Any bubbles or melting which can be the outcome if too much heat is applied is not the fault of the dealer or the manufacturer. No exchanges or refunds will be given for this reason. If you decide to heat your vinyl you must do so at YOUR OWN RISK.

PLEASE READ:

Pre-Order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We offer this option so that you can reserve your product and be sure of getting it once it comes in.  When you pre-order an item and we collect the deposit, we consider this an agreement between Irresistables and our customers that you will honor by paying for your item(s) once the invoice has been sent. 

We will only send invoices when the item is in stock and ready to ship and not before. Once the item becomes available for shipment, we will send you an invoice for the balance due through your PayPal account or we will email you to make different payment arrangements. Once you receive an invoice, you will have 14 days to pay for your item unless prior arrangements were made.  If the item is not paid for within the 2 weeks, the item will be put back into our available inventory and the $10 deposit will be considered a restocking fee that is non-refundable.

In the past we were much more lenient about this but due to the amount of non-paid invoices, it is essential for our business to enforce this policy. Thank you for understanding.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If your country has these charges, they are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
