When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
Irresistables will NOT be responsible for any import or custom fees when your order arrives in your country. We have no control over the customs rules and regulations of any country. For more information on what to expect when boxes arrive in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Please do not ask us to mark the customs form as a gift or for any other value than is shown on the invoice. We will not do this. It is against International Customs Laws and is considered illegal.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Paypal. No personal checks will be accepted.

When you use PayPal for online purchases, they never share your financial information with merchants. All you give us is your email address, because your payment details are already safely stored on PayPal's secure servers.
Please check the content of your order when you receive it. If there are any issues, please either call or email us immediately so we can fix the problem at that time. Items must be returned or reported within 2 weeks of your original purchase. NO replacements or returns will be accepted after 2 weeks of receiving your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!*
You may return most new items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, otherwise a 20% restocking fee apply. If an item is damaged in transit, we will either send you a replacement or a refund at our expense. Should we require the item be sent back we will send you a pre-paid return label. If you are unhappy with the item or purchased an item by mistake and make the choice to return it, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and we will refund you for the products purchased less any shipping fees we incurred to get the order to you.
Refunds will be given within 24-48 hours after the item arrives back to our warehouse providing that the item arrives in the exact condition you received it in. Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method you used to pay for your order
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Pre-Order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We offer this option so that you can reserve your product and be sure of getting it once it comes in. When you pre-order an item and we collect the deposit, we consider this an agreement between Irresistables and our customers that you will honor by paying for your item(s) once the invoice has been sent.
We will only send invoices when the item is in stock and ready to ship and not before. Once the item becomes available for shipment, we will send you an invoice for the balance due through your PayPal account or we will email you to make different payment arrangements. Once you receive an invoice, you will have 14 days to pay for your item unless prior arrangements were made. If the item is not paid for within the 2 weeks, the item will be put back into our available inventory and the $20 deposit will be considered a restocking fee that is non-refundable.
In the past we were much more lenient about this but due to the amount of non-paid invoices, it is essential for our business to enforce this policy. Thank you for understanding.
