We are changing factories and have decided to close these out because they are made in the old vinyl that we are replacing. The new vinyl will be much more consistent and will have far less flaws or defects. Some of the issues that could affect this kit are at the tops of the torsos. There could be discoloration around the hole where the connectors go but this issue will not affect the durability of the vinyl when inserting the connectors. There might be some dirt spots (shadows) on the vinyl but nothing that paint will not cover. There could also be a few drips or dots of extra vinyl that can be easily worked with but these are insignificant, just wanted to mention this. 

The kit would receive a grade of B to B+ on the overall appearance of the kit and an A+ for the durability of the kit. Not all kits are the same, some are nearly perfect but the worse ones would be the ones with the grading of a B.

We are looking forward to when the new kits come into stock. The vinyl will be a slightly lighter color and we are confident that you will be satisfied and feel much better about the overall quality. The vinyl will be much more reliable and easy to work with. The price will go back to it's original price when the kits are produced in the new vinyl.

Please note that we leave the name area open so you can write in the name of the kit you purchased. This is a general open edition certificate that we use for all of our Ping Lau kits. (See photo).

The baby you see in the photos is not what you will receive. These doll kits are finished by artists that have allowed us to use their photos for example purposes to show what the doll kits can look like when they are finished. The kit includes the unpainted, vinyl parts only. Bodies will not be included unless otherwise stated.
All of our doll kits and other products are brand new and are stored in a smoke free, temperature controlled environment.

Pre-Order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We offer this option so that you can reserve your product and be sure of getting it once it comes in.  When you pre-order an item and we collect the deposit, we consider this an agreement between Irresistables and our customers that you will honor by paying for your item(s) once the invoice has been sent. 

We will only send invoices when the item is in stock and ready to ship and not before. Once the item becomes available for shipment, we will send you an invoice for the balance due through your PayPal account or we will email you to make different payment arrangements. Once you receive an invoice, you will have 14 days to pay for your item unless prior arrangements were made.  If the item is not paid for within the 2 weeks, the item will be put back into our available inventory and the $10 deposit will be considered a restocking fee that is non-refundable.

In the past we were much more lenient about this but due to the amount of non-paid invoices, it is essential for our business to enforce this policy. Thank you for understanding.

We we will NOT take back or replace any vinyl parts that have become defective due to exposure to heat in an oven. Any bubbles or melting which can be the outcome if too much heat is applied is not the fault of the dealer or the manufacturer. No exchanges or refunds will be given for this reason. If you decide to heat your vinyl you must do so at YOUR OWN RISK.
