General Details:

Rooted with beautiful kid mohair by Heike Politz

Elodie has a very pale and matte complexion and no eye lashes

Limbs: 3/4 Arms & Full Legs and she is able to pose in many different positions. She can even suck her thumb!

The Paint:

Painted with: Ultimate Fusion Air Dry Paints which is a paint system that is water based with no dangerous chemicals. It does not need to be heat set or baked, it dries naturally in the air and is permanent. It is very durable and when used properly gives each reborn doll a very realistic complexion

The Skin:

Elodie has a very realistic skin complexion like a real baby.

Many thin layers of paint were added to make the skin transparent and lifelike.

Elodie was painted with many delicate layers of my own mixes of Ultimate Fusion paints.

The hair:

Elodie has beautiful rooted baby brown hair made out of premium angora kid mohair which is very soft because it is sheared from the younger goats. The mohair is shiny and very soft much like a real babies hair and is washed and processed over 20 times to insure the color is permanent.

Rooting this beautiful baby took many hours of concentration as each hair was lovingly put in individually. Her hair can be styled in many different ways, one being cuter than the next.

The mohair I use is very soft and is finished with a lovely shampoo aroma

as if your baby just had a bath. Elodies's hair is very easy to maintain and can be

restyled with water mixed with a little conditioner in a spray bottle.

Elodies's head of hair has been sealed from within with special glue on the inside of her head so that her hair can be gently washed, brushed and combed.

Coming Home:

Please note that this baby doll is not a toy and not safe for children!

Elodie will be coming home wearing clothes that are brand new.

The pillow she is sitting on is NOT included and used for props and positioning only.
