We are unable to hold items to accommodate pushing the order over $130 to combine shipping. Even if a pre-order is paid in full, we will only ship for free once. To help you as a buyer with this, at the time of invoicing, you can let us know if there is something you want to add to the order before we ship. Then, the items can ship together and it is not a problem. In summary, an order will ship for free when the items are in one box/shipment.
